The staffs displays a high level of professionalism and communicate respectfully. Cleanliness across the rooms, facilities, and internet service is well maintained. I found the provision of tea and coffee in the room particularly convenient .
I did observed a minor issue with the hallway carpet, it looked slightly worn.

spacious room clean amenity soft bed
The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. They featured all expected amenities. I particularly appreciated the presence of a kettle with provisions for coffee and tea. The bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were also attentive to requests.
I noticed that the staircase leading to the room was a bit worn. This detracted slightly from the overall aesthetic of the hotel.
